The 'Trash' Section: Functionality and Usage Explained
The Trash folder contains deleted emails. Emails in this folder are stored for 2 weeks after deletion, after which they are permanently deleted.Important: Emails in the Trash folder count towards the total number of emails, which can be critical for some plans. Promptly delete emails if your plan has a creation limit.

How to delete an email?
To delete an email (and move it to the Trash folder), click on the three dots next to the email and select "Delete". After that, the email will move to the Trash folder.
How to recover a deleted email?
To recover an email, go to the Trash folder in the left panel, click on the three dots under the email preview, and press restore. The email will reappear where you deleted it from.
How to clear the Trash folder?
To delete all emails from the Trash folder, go to it in the left panel and in the upper right corner of the screen, click on the Empty trash button. After this, the emails will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
