How to Undo or Redo Steps While Editing Emails

When designing an email, you might make a mistake - adding something incorrectly, accidentally deleting a block, or entering incorrect parameters and forgetting what they originally were. Conversely, you might want to revert changes and realize that the original settings were correct. For such instances, Markeaze offers versioning of emails and undo/redo buttons.

These buttons literally undo or redo the last action you performed.

To undo an action made while editing an email, click the left arrow button at the top of the editor screen. If you press the button multiple times, it will undo as many actions as the number of times you pressed the button.

To redo an action made while editing an email, click the right arrow button at the top of the editor screen. If you press the button multiple times, it will redo as many actions as the number of times you pressed the button.

❗️ Important: The undo and redo actions only work within a single session in the editor. That means you can only undo and redo actions that you performed during the same session. For example, if you finished designing an email, exited it, then re-entered and want to undo actions, the undo and redo buttons will not work. In such a case, you would need to use the email's versioning to revert to a previous version.
