Desktop Email Appearance Setup
To speed up the process of creating emails, we recommend using the Appearance settings. This is a set of basic settings for email elements that are often repeated within a single email (text, links, buttons, etc.).
Preliminary setup of email Appearance allows you to significantly speed up the time to create emails, especially if you have several similar ones (when copying an email, the Appearance settings are preserved).

Setting Up the Email Background
- To configure the email background, go to the Appearance section in the editable email, find the Email background item in the right window.
Here you can set the background color for the email.
- Or set an image for the email background by uploading it from your computer or your image library, or by inserting a link to the image.Important: The link to the image must be directly to the image, not to the hosting site where it is stored. You can easily check the image link - open it in a new tab. If ONLY the picture loads, it's good. If a download starts or a site window with other data opens (e.g., Google), the picture will not display in the email.
You can edit the background image: change the size horizontally or vertically, set specific dimensions of the image, make the picture full-width, or enable image repetition.
Setting Up Email Content (Sections)
- To configure the background of sections and the padding on the sides of sections, go to the Appearance settings.
Here you can set the background for the content of the sections.
Below, you can set padding on the top, bottom, right, and left of the content inside the sections.
Setting Up Links
- To set general settings for links in the email, go to Appearance and find the link settings.
Here you can set the color of the links and choose whether the links will have an underline or not.
Setting Up Buttons
- Go to Appearance and scroll down in the right panel to the button settings.
In the button size field, you can set the padding from the text in the button on the sides, top, and bottom.
In the button style field, you can set the background color of the button and the border style: the outline line, its width, color, and corner rounding of the button.
In the button text style section, you can set the font of the button text, font size, italics, boldness, color, and lettercase.
Setting Up Indentations of the Email
To edit the top and bottom margins of the entire email, go to the Appearance section and scroll to the bottom, to the Indentation section.
- Set the parameters you need. These indentations ONLY pertain to the distance to the start of the email content and after.
