How to change a customer's name and email

When chatting with a customer, it is always a good idea to get as much information about them as possible for tracking. 

Markeaze will automatically complete customer information after integrating with a supported CMS or survey forms. 

Note: If you transmit user personal data from a supported CMS, the system will always overwrite all manual changes in case of conflicts.

If you want to change the customer’s name (or any customer information) manually, simple click on Visitor#### (see above) and type in the customer’s name.

Similarly, you can click on any of the Unknown entries on the right panel to update them. On this right panel is where you can change a customer’s email address, phone number, birthday, and custom attributes.
