When you want to customize how your agents and customers view an order status (see screenshot below), you need to match your store statuses with Markeaze.
Important: These status settings are not merely labels. The status is the state of the order, and it is vital that the Markeaze software can identify if an order is active, closed, cancelled, shipped, etc.
From the main menu on your Markeaze account, navigate to General Settings, then Order Statuses.
There are several status entries to choose from. Adjusting your preferences here alters internal mapping between your CMS and Markeaze. After matching store statuses, don’t forget to Save Changes.
