Markeaze allows you to set business hours for your live chat team. During non-business hours, your customer chat feature will still be active, but agents won't receive any notifications on new chats.
To access this feature, navigate to the main menu, General Settings, and then Working Hours.
Click Add hours to assign a batch of work hours. You can add as many as you like.
Before leaving the page, don’t forget to click Save Changes at the top.
