What to do if your monthly payment is declined?

Our system informs us when a credit or debit card is refused. However, it does not inform us about the reason behind it. Therefore, you should contact your bank or card issuer if you believe your card was denied in error.
To reactivate your account subscription plan, you will just need to repurchase your monthly plan. In addition, it is recommended that you examine and update your billing contact information. To test whether the subscription is activated, we suggest resending any campaigns that were planned to be sent.
