How to change audio notifications

In your Markeaze account, you can change your audio notifications for when the customer or the agent sends a message. You can access this feature via the main menu, Live Chat, and then Chat Appearance. You can use the screenshots below for reference.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page until you see the Audio notifications section. Select a sound from the dropdown menu (on either Customer’s sound or Agent’s sound) to hear a preview of the audio notification.

Once you’ve updated your audio notifications, don’t forget to scroll back to the top and click Save Changes.
