How to change my email and password?
- Find the Settings button by clicking your workplace name in the top right corner of your screen. Click it, and you’ll be forwarded to the Settings Overview page.
- On the Settings Overview page, find the box that says Your Profile Info and click the Manage Your Profile button at the bottom of the box. You’ll be forwarded to the My Profile page.
- At the bottom of the My Profile page, you’ll see the Email Address field with a button that says Change to the right.
- Press the Change button to the right. That will open a new field for changing your email address.
- Type the new email address into the first box and insert your current password into the second box. Press the Update Email button at the bottom.
- A pop-up message in the top right corner will notify you that a confirmation email was sent to the address you just typed. Check your inbox.
- The email will look like this. Click the Confirm button. You will be forwarded to the Login page.
- You will see a pop-up message in the top right corner of the Login page confirming that the email address was changed successfully. Log in using the new address.
- Now you’re back on your account and connected to the new email address. You can continue using Markeaze.
Password

- At the bottom of the My Profile page, you’ll see the Password field with a button that says Change to the right.
- Press the Change button to the right. That will pen a new field for changing your account password.
- Type your current password into the first box and your new password into the second box. Press the Save Changes button at the bottom.
- A pop-up message in the top right corner will notify you that the password was successfully changed. Now you can continue using Markeaze.
