How to import contacts to a specific segment?

You might want to add some new contacts to a segment already created. You need to import the contacts to the main audience base, which will be added to the segments.

  1. For instance, we have a segment with contacts with @nodomain.com in their email address. As you can see in the picture, there’s only one contact in this segment.

  2. Now we add another contact with this domain to our main contact base.

  3. If we go back to the contact list for the @nodomain.com segment, we can see that the new contact is already there. We don’t have to add it ourselves.

  4. This principle also applies to removing contacts from a segment. For example, contact will be removed if it doesn't qualify for the new filter.
