Not receiving confirmation emails
If our confirmation or password reset emails fail to reach you, follow these steps:
Check the spam folder.
Sometimes, an email can’t get through a spam filter, so try to find it in the spam folder. If it’s not there, ask your administrator if it could be blocked automatically at the network level.
Resend the email.
You can use this link to request a resend. If the email address is correct, it will help. If the address you’re entering is not registered in the system, you should register a different email address and then use it.
Contact us directly.
If neither of the previous steps seemed to work, reach out to our administrator by pressing the blue button in the bottom right corner. They will be happy to assist you!
